Restaurant "Iris" is spacious and bright, with a laconic design and an incredible panorama of the nature of Derenivka. The idea of the kitchen is to rethink Transcarpathian culinary traditions. At the same time, one of the key priorities is organic. Therefore, among the main dishes on the menu are beef steaks. The meat is grown on its own farm using organic feed and dry aging for 20-25 days. Trout is grown in a mountain reservoir on natural feed.
The establishment's choice is local craft products, environmentally friendly fruits and vegetables from the Derenivka gardens, and its own water.

The focus of the menu is — steaks from Argentine vealAngus, raised on our own farm in free range according to ethical standards. The meat undergoes 45 days of dry fermentation in Dry Age – this gives it unsurpassed tenderness and depth of flavor.
Trout and sturgeon come from a forest farm on the territory of the complex, where the fish grow in clean mountain water and feed on natural food.
Seasonal vegetables and fruits from the Derenivka gardens, spring water from our own production - here every ingredient is born in harmony with nature.

That is why the collection of wines in a transparent cabinet is the highlight of the interior of the Iris restaurant and hints at a high-level wine service. Our guests have the opportunity to taste elite wines from the best grape varieties from different countries of the world.
The bar menu offers a wide selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. It features aged vintage whiskeys, cognacs, liqueurs and other spirits from world-famous producers, as well as classic and signature cocktails.
