"Morning"

The image of a woman occupies a central place in Bohdan Korzh's work. In his sculptures, she appears as a goddess-idol, full of inner experiences and earthly sensuality.

The composition "Morning" is a plastic embodiment of the beginning of a new day, awakening and harmony with nature. In bronze, the artist creates a generalized image of a woman waking up under the first rays of the sun. Her pose expresses openness and freedom: her arms are open, allowing light and air to "flow" around the figure, and the tilt of her head, supported by her hand, emphasizes a state of calm and inner balance. The soft plasticity of the form conveys a feeling of warmth and tenderness of the morning light.

The sun, a traditional symbol of life and hope, in this interpretation becomes a metaphor for new beginnings and opportunities that come with dawn.

The relief and volumetric treatment of the bronze creates a play of light and shadow that enhances the feeling of presence and living energy in a static image. The sculpture combines simplicity, naturalness and deep symbolism, affirming the beauty of the moment of awakening.
