The menu of the Irys Restaurant offers traditional local cooking in the author’s interpretation, the so-called new Transcarpathian cuisine. The intertwining of authenticity and the chef’s own vision give new taste impressions. For example, salad with smoked pork and buckwheat noodles, banosh with porcini mushrooms or sturgeon fillet in a vegetable console can be tasted only in the Derenivska Kupil.
Our dishes are a combination of local farm produce, selected organic meat from our own farms, fruit and vegetables from Derenivka gardens, natural well water as well as skillful hands and experience of our chefs.
