The Irys Restaurant is spacious and light, with laconic design and incredible panorama of Derenivka nature. The idea of cuisine is to reinterpret Transcarpathian culinary traditions, one of the key priorities being organic. Therefore, among the main dishes on the menu are beef steaks. Meat is grown on our own farm using organic feed and dry aging for 20-25 days. Trout is grown in the mountain reservoir with natural feed.
The choice of the establishment is a local craft product, environmentally friendly fruit and vegetables from Derenivka gardens and our own-extracted water.
